The Murata vortex spinning based on the air jet spinning technology used for a wider range of fiber length. In the vortex system, drafted fibers are introduced into a spindle orifice by an air vortex. While entering and passing through the orifice, fibers are twisted by the swirling air. It can deliver yarn at up to 400 mpm.

Fabrics, especially knits, made from MVS yarns show less fuzz and pill formation after repeated launderings than those made from more expensive ring spun yarns. This makes MVS yarns ideal for applications like fleece wear and single knit jersey

Usually, ring spun jersey is easy to fuzz, OE single jersey doesnt have feather, but is it very harsh when your touch it. But MVS yarn invoids the defects of the ring spun and OE, it is less fuzz ,better anti-pilling and solt touch.

The MVS system indeed looks very promising.
